1. When you commission me, you are agreeing to these terms.2. My commissions are public by default, typically in the form of WIPs, art streams and videos, and posts on my socials.
_{2.1. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know when you are ordering so I can ensure it stays private!}3. You are purchasing the ability to use your commission in any non-commercial way you see fit.
_{3.1. Commercial rights and use can be discussed and purchased per project.
3.2. Reposting artwork you have commissioned (with credit) is allowed on any website.
3.3. My artwork will never be made available for NFTs.}4. Please respect my turnaround time and please do not rush me!
_{4.1. My turnaround time is set to account for my poor health, life circumstances, and the queue before your slot.
4.2. Please do not nudge. I will contact you ASAP with any questions I have, or update you with the next WIP when it is available.
4.3. If you want your project done sooner or bumped to the top of my queue, I can expedite your order for an additional fee pending your deadline!}5. I do not do NSFW or Fetish content for or involving minors.

_{✧ MY PROCESS ✧}
1. I work on several pieces at the same time. If you want to know roughly where you are, I provide a Public Queue that you can view at any time.
_{1.1. My queue can tell you where I am in my workload, but it might be completed out of order pending project size and when I receive approval for WIPs.
1.2 I have sorted my workspace into project sizes. This is so that I can work on smaller projects around the larger ones, thus getting more done overall.}2. I provide WIPs for each step until your piece is completed. These steps are:
Sketch > Lines > Flat Colors > Shading
_{2.1. Sketches can be changed or completely redrawn. Sometimes I may ask if I can remove defining features and create a generic YCH out of discarded sketches.
2.2. You can ask for free revisions in the current step of the WIP provided. IE Color corrections can be done in the Color stage. Corrections of previous steps might require an additional fee.
2.3. Significant changes to the pose or composition after Sketch approval may be subject to additional charges.
2.4. You can ask to skip WIPs for any/all steps after the Sketch approval for a faster turnaround time!}3. My process is very fluid and is very feedback-oriented.
_{3.1. However, after a period of 2 weeks, I will continue to the next step to keep the flow going. If you do not get back to me in that time, I will assume we are good to go!
3.2. If something needs to be changed afterwards, it may require additional revision fees!}

1/27: Hello Everyone! I hope this finds you well.
I am currently recovering from what I now believe was a nasty case of RSV. It took its time and developed into a pretty severe case, including progressing into infections in my ears and lungs.I think I'm finally on the mend (fingers crossed) but my queue is a fair bit behind because of how long I was down. I will be working diligently to be caught up soon. If you are waiting for a commission from me, I thank you so much for your patience!
